Photos no longer appear on my photo roll

Hi nice Apple community people

I am having major Issues with my photos. I can take photos or screencap but they will not appear in my photo roll unless I restart my phone. Also it will no longer let me delete any photos.

On top of this I cannot get the photos to upload to iCloud. It’s forever stuck on 1%. I have 100gb free on iCloud as I brought extra space and my phone has 20gb free

i have toggled the iCloud on and off, I’ve reset network settings and I’ve tried all the other helpful suggestions I’ve found online and nothing seems to work.

Any help is appreciated as I can’t keep resetting my phone every time I take a screenshot and need to use it

Hello,

The symptoms seem to indicate that you are low on local storage on your phone. You might check again:

How to check the storage on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch

Otherwise, the next option is a factory reset:

Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings

Good luck.
