Upgrading Microsoft 365 Subscription

I would like to upgrade my Microsoft 365 Personal to Microsoft 365 Family. I tried discussing it with Microsoft but it appears I need to do it through Apple. Can you please assist? In doing so, I'd like to ensure I receive credit for the already paid 365 Personal subscription when upgrading to 365 Family. Thank you.

Hi! You must change your subscription through Microsoft! Microsoft 365 is not unrelated to Apple subscriptions!

I founded this Microsoft guide: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/switch-to-microsoft-365-family-or-microsoft-365-personal-3fcc1efc-2722-427f-8efa-db94b9b0a36b

There on bottom is button: Upgrade to Microsoft 365 Family. Try that!

Also you can try to: Log in to https://account.microsoft.com/ and then go to the Subscriptions
