creating mailing labels from a Numbers spreadsheet?

I'm trying to stop using MS Office. I can open my Excel spreadsheet of names and addresses in Numbers, but I have no idea how to do the function that MS calls "mail merge" to take each unique name/address and make mailing labels. For my holiday cards. Next year. Excel magically moves everything over so that I can print 30 name/address records per sheet of Avery labels.

Create a new Smart Group. Name it Dec card list

Set its rule to card contains: Dec card list

To add a person to the list: Edit the person's card. Add the key words,

To remove a person from the list: Edit the person's card. Remove the key words.
