Macbook Photos app doesn't show iCloud photos

System Preferences -> AppleID -> iCloud -> Photos is checked as using iCloud but I still do not see my iCloud photos in Photos app on Macbook pro. Help!

Thank you! I swear I had tried that before and it didn't work. I guess I just needed to ask for help (similar to calling the help desk) and it was made possible!
