Are there any plans to bring Apple Fitness plus to more locations? Can't wait to get moving with you but it's not available in my country. :(
I read somewhere that it's because of language barriers but I'm really bummed since English wouldn't be an issue for practically everyone.

A lot of it also has to do with copyright issues with the music. Not all music is licensed to play in all locations, so it makes things difficult. I doubt that Apple will keep it away from too many people for too long, especially if it is successful.
This only shows me what is currently available in my region. Nothing about when they plan to add it.
Apple does not generally share that information. It will only announce just before it is released in a new country or just as it is released. What ckuan provided is the best place to watch.
