Arton,

If you mean delete a purchased track that has been downloaded to your library, right-click it and choose "Delete From Library."

If you mean to hide it so it will not be visible in your purchase history, see here: Hide and unhide music, movies, TV shows, audiobooks, and books - Apple Support
