Airpods pro charging

hi , my airpods pro case is not charging , when i put the wire in it turns orange for 20 seconds then it turns off . Any help please ? They still have 10 months guarantee.

It is standard behavior for the light to go out after several seconds. Your AirPods are still charging. If you are still having charging issues see this:
