Is iCloud Photos enabled on the device?
It is but nothing is happening..
I locked my phone, put it on charge, but nothing is coming back on my phone

Yeah my phone and my macbook are connected to the same wifi
I accidentally disconected and reconnected my phone from icloud today and this happened, also lost passwords and face Id so I lost Notes with passwords...
If your phone has your photos saved to iCloud then yes they should all be saved there! I hope their backed up :)
What if I delete my phone and restart it with an icloud save?
You can do that providing the photos are stored in iCloud which you can double-check by going to www.icloud.com from a computer browser.
Yeah all my photos are on www.icloud.com
And on my phone it says last night at 4am i got a save
