iMovie

Hi, I am wondering how to export a video in iMovie via Mp4, Can someone help me?🧐

iMovie by default exports all movies in Mp4 at all settings except for Best Quality (pro res). With Best Quality (pro res) you would get a .mov file, but at all other settings it would be Mp4.


So, just export as normal by doing File/Share/File and you will get your Mp4 unless you choose Best Quality (pro res). Another way of exporting is to click on the export button (the little square with the upward pointing arrow in it) located at the very top right hand corner of your project view screen. A box will pop up displaying your export options.
