Do we have no choice but to wait for the iTunes match to be updated?

Why doesn't Apple support team respond to user’s complaints? iTunes match can’t match even though purchased music, and this problem has been going on for about three months.

Unless I'm mistaken purchased music, your account or anyone else's, won't be matched or uploaded. You can unhide any of your own purchases that are hidden to restore them to your cloud library.
