I'm trying to get a copy of the High Sierra installer to update a 2011 MacBook Pro 17", but the link at https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT211683 just opens the App Store and then I get a popup saying "Cannot Connect to App Store" (I can browse the App store for other apps, so I am connected to the Internet OK)

Thanks. This solves the question I asked, but not the one I meant to ask, which is "where can I download the full installer for High Sierra?" I'm trying to do a clean install, without having to download both the original OS and High Sierra, so I will investigate other ways to do that.

Yes, I had the online installer (18MB) already downloaded, so the store page was just trying to open that, but after deleting that it's now downloading the full 4.8GB version. Thanks again.
