I just noticed I'm getting a near constant stream this error in Console. I've searched for a solution and tried disabling and enabling iCloud Photo Library.
I have quite a large photo library in the cloud. Any idea how I can repair this?

I set up a new user account and migrated over. Seems to have fixed it
