Why can I not use or download apps???

WHY CAN I NOT USE ITUNES OR THE APP STORE?!?! What is going on? Please help me fix this

If you can’t download or update apps on your iPhone or other Apple device - Apple Support


If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support


If your Apple ID is locked or disabled - Apple Support
