Dear Apple, why are you so stingy on ports? Especially usb-c ports? And, why do you put the meager few ports you provide on the most inaccessible part of a computer? When will functionality step out from behind the shadow of sleek stylish design?

Per the term of service you signed up for, you would've known that this is a user to user technical forum and there is no Apple here. Nobody here would know why Apple does what they do.

Sorry to be lost in a moment of unattainable hope. As an objectified source of income to a world of tech-giant's fingers, wouldn't it be nice if we could be heard by those to whom our resources drain?
I second the above comment. The solution is very simple, Just purchase an external USB bridge. They are easily acquired and inexpensive. They come in various sizes. I would recommend only getting one that is externally powered, however. Problems are solved with solutions, not by ranting.
