Charge £14.99 a month for nothing, how do I stop this? Subscriptions show I don’t have any subscriptions yet payments have been going out for months

Sound like an Apple Music family subscription. Are you the organizer in Family Sharing? If anybody in the family makes a purchase it is first charged to their personal balance. If they don't have enough to cover the charge then the rest is taken from the credit card or whatever payment method the Family Organizer has to ensure payments for the family. It won't be taken from the organizer's personal balance unless it is something the organizer buys. It won't show in your purchases list either, you'll have to ask your family members who did it.

Also read this link about how this charge could be appearing and what to di if it really should be there --> If you see ‘itunes.com/bill‘ or an unfamiliar charge on your bank, credit card, or debit statement - https://support.apple.com/HT201382
