Block "unknown number" / "No caller ID"

Hey,

I get constant calls from No caller ID or in other terms when the caller hide his number and I wan't to block that calls.


How is this possible on Iphone 11 PRO?

So no real Build-in solution? Because I have tried "Turn on Silence Unknown Callers" but that also prevent numbers which are not in my contact list that they can't reach me (busy line).
