Block "unknown number" / "No caller ID"

Hey,

I get constant calls from No caller ID or in other terms when the caller hide his number and I wan't to block that calls.

How is this possible on Iphone 11 PRO?

iPhone 11 Pro, iOS 14

So no real Build-in solution? Because I have tried "Turn on Silence Unknown Callers" but that also prevent numbers which are not in my contact list that they can't reach me (busy line).

There are plenty of third party apps which claims to track these No Caller ID numbers. Try some of them. Meanwhile --> Detect and block spam phone calls - Apple Support
