I received the apple trade in kit from apple. So I finished packaging my trade in kit but I don't know how to mail out the package to apple. I have to use Fedex but I've never used Fedex before. I want to use Fedex home pick up service. Does anyone who knows how to do it?
You have the prepaid shipping label?
The easiest is to take it to a Fedex location and simply drop it off - it is prepaid, so not much interaction is necessary. If you want the pickup option, look up Fedex's number and tell them you want home pick up/give them the tracking number on the label.
FWIW, copy that tracking number so you can keep track of the package. And, I suggest everyone take pics of their device before packing it up - outside, inside, the screen, etc. just in case you need to prove the condition it was in and/or something happens during shipment.
