it says that my cellular data needs to be updated but when I try to update it it says I can’t so what do I do my phone keeps saying no service

iPhone/iPad - No Service or Searching.

iPhone - If you can't make or receive calls

iPhone - If you see 'invalid SIM' or 'no SIM' on your iPhone or iPad
