Why not? What happens when you try? The speakers need to be in discovery/pairing mode, and then turn on Bluetooth on the iPhone. Check the user guide for the speakers to ensure they are in discovery/pairing mode. See this as well. If you can't connect a Bluetooth accessory to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
