i have the restore screen what's next? now its saying its disabled again

my phone is saying its disabled

Are you connected to a computer with iTunes installed? If you are seeing the restore/disabled screen, you need to restore the iPhone with the computer and iTunes. iTunes should recognize that the device is in Recovery mode, and then you click on Restore in iTunes. See this, If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support
