Unknown bill from Apple, but I don't use any of Aple product

Second month in a row I'm being charged by APPLE.COM/BILL from by card, but I don't even own an iCloud or iTunes accounts, also I don't know any accounts that I've could linked my card, this is possible, but I don't know exactly to which. The payments are ~5$ and ~2.5$. I live in Kazakhstan and Apple doesn't support my country officialy, so I can't even ask a question from them. I just want to know where my money goes. I've already contacted my bank and they said that they don't know which account charges payment, they instructed me to reissue card. The question is, can I possibly acknoweldge which Apple ID is linked with my card or from which account the payment came from?
