How to drain an iPhone battery completely in order to calibrate it in a right way?

Well, how to do that properly? Because I'm having an issue with incorrect battery percentage, when I restart the phone it shows the real percentage for about one sec, then it shows some other percentage...

The battery does not need any calibrating.

Never let drop below 30%.

Your battery sounds like it is failing. Did you check Settings > Battery > Health and see what the percentage is?
