I want numbers spelled out
Is there any kind of preference you can change in dictation to get numbers spelled out instead of always replaced by numerals?

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. We're glad you're here, and it will be our pleasure to share a tip to help you personalize dictation on your iPhone.
We've tested this on our end using a few different devices, and we've discovered that if we say "three" or "four" when using dictation, that is what it typed. However, if we say "numeral four" then the number 4 is typed.
We suggest trying this and letting us know what you experience. If the issue persists, please share:
• Which iOS version is installed on the device.
• The exact phrase used with dictation.
