Change country

Dear ,

I want to change my country in app store but there is 0.51$ In my balance and it refused to change country because this balance.

Is there any solution for this problem

Buy an item more expensive than your balance and use a different payment method to pay the excess amount; if you can't do this, ask the iTunes Store staff to zero it.
