Hello Cruiser35,

We're happy that you reached out to the Apple Support Communities with your question. We want to help you get pointed in the right direction. Check out this guide for Obtaining service for your Apple product after an expired warranty. It seems as though your MacBook Pro falls under the category of being an obsolete product. Obsolete products are products that have been discontinued for more than seven years. As stated there, Apple discontinues all hardware service for obsolete products, with no exceptions. Service providers cannot order parts for obsolete products. With that being the case, you may want to reach out to your local computer repair center or Apple Authorized Service Provider directly to see if they have the parts you need for your MacBook Pro.

Best regards!
