iPad Pro frozen

My iPad Pro is frozen. I cannot swipe the screen. I tried holding the button and volume together. The direction appears to swipe to swipe to turn off but it cannot be done. I have also tried holding for 10 seconds until the apple logo appears, but it doesn’t appear
