my ipad is stuck on a black screen and it wont turn on. i tried to hard reset but still nothing. what can i do ?

Follow the steps in this support document, If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't turn on or is frozen - Apple Support and if that does not work, contact Apple Support. You can use the Contact Support link on the top of the page here.
