Please don't type in all capital letters. It makes your post harder to read and is considered shouting on the Internet.

If you reset it to factory settings, you will end up with an Activation Lock that will require the password.

For the Apple ID password, enter the Apple (iCloud) ID, and click Forgot Password. See if you can get an email option if necessary.
