If you mean runtime on a full charge, quit apps you don’t need, avoid streaming video, and turn off radios you aren’t using (Bluetooth, Wi-Fi).

If you mean battery lifespan, just plug your Mac in as much as is convenient (using it or not), and your Mac will manage battery health very well.
