Cannot delete any app

There is no button to delete application, only to remove it from the home screen

iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 14

Is it possible that you have Screen Time Restrictions set to ON?

Open Settings ➔ Screen Time ➔ Content & Privacy Restrictions ➔ iTunes & App Store Purchases ➔ Deleting Apps : Set this to ALLOW.
