Does anybody know how to find a lost iPhone after the battery’s dead, like maybe he got attached to a drone and a drone flew away is there a way to find out where its last location was?

No way it can transmit without power.
If it is not in Find My as last knowm position then it is lost.

Once the battery is dead, the phone cannot send a signal indicating its location. I think you will have to look the old-fashioned way.
