removing photo from recents in ipad

I would like to remove photo from recents after I have moved it into an album. Is this possible? If so, how, without deleting from all devices?

Recents is a pseudo-album - that simply shows recently accessed photos, wherever they may be. In computing terms, items that appear here are nothing more than a “symbolic-link” to the real item.

If photos are deleted from Recents, the actual photo is deleted.
