My AirPod pros are muffled when I’m on the phone
my AirPods Pro are muffled when I’m talking on the phone.

This is rare but not unlikely. Here are some fixes:
- Take the AirPods out of the ear and put them back.
- Bring the iPhone Control Center and turn off the Bluetooth connection. After a few seconds, tap on the AirPlay audio icon (or speaker icon from the call screen) and connect the AirPods again.
- Put the AirPods in its case and take it out to use after around 15-30 seconds.
- Restart your iPhone.
- Unpair and repair your AirPods: Open the Settings app on iPhone → tap Bluetooth → tap (i) next to AirPods Pro name → tap Forget This Device and confirm. After this, put the AirPods in their case. Restart your iPhone. Now, finish the pairing setup again.
- You may also make sure if your AirPods have the latest firmware version or not.
- Finally, if nothing helps, try to take them to an Apple Store for physical/expert inspection.
