I am requesting a refund on my Tender account. I have taked to no one except scammers.

If you got an email receipt, use the 'Report a Problem' link in it. If not, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund.

The people on these boards aren't the iTunes Store staff and cannot grant refunds. Use the methods described above; if none of them work, click here.
