iMac 21.5″, macOS 10.12

If the computer is a 2011 or earlier, then 10.13.6 is the end of the road. This means if you want or need any Mac OS beyond 10.13.6 then it's time for that new Mac!


However if, you have a 2012 - 2013 iMac you can upgrade to Catalina 10.15.7.


If your iMac is a 2014 or later you can upgrade to Big Sur currently 11.2.


If you can identify the year of your machine then we can provide more guidance if it's a 2012 or later.
