Hello, I am trying to restore my iPhone. It has a black screen with the white apple logo in the middle, however I cannot seem to make it turn back on. I am trying to follow the steps provided on the website, however I have a Microsoft computer, and it seems the instructions provided are only for Mac computers. Please help
Mac or PC it doesn't matter because iPhone management is done by Finder or iTunes the same way.
What is your iPhone model? What iOS version? Are you using the lates iTunes version?
