Apple Watch won’t update

Hey everyone, I have an apple watch series 3 paired with iPhone 6s. I tried to update it but I receive the error that it can’t be updated because it’s not connected to the internet. Here’s what I did and still didn’t succeed:

* I unpaired them and re-paired them.

*I reset the watch to factory settings and tried again.

*I also turned the iphone off and on again.

*I deleted the watch app and reinstalled it

*I used different wifi networks but still no success

*I even tried to pair it with other iphones but nope. It wouldn’t update.

*There are no update files in the iphone storage part either to delete it.

The iphone OS is up to date however I can’t realize what’s wrong 😫.

I do appreciate your help with this regard since I have no idea what to do to fix this. Thank you so much in advance for your help.
