I know how to create ONE envelope.....one at a time. How do I create MULTIPLE envelopes (each envelope with a different address)?

So you’re telling me if I have 10 hand written addresses on a piece of paper. And I want to create 10 envelopes with the addresses typed, I’d manually entering the name, street name, city & state. Pages does not have the technology to do this???? I have to enter one, print it, then change the address and so on? SHEESH!

That is what I am saying and why I mentioned Word, which works hand-in-hand with Excel to do what you want. So does LibreOffice Writer/Calc but I believe one must install Java 8 in order to invoke (provoke) this Mail Merge feature in that app.

As Pages v5 thru v10.3.9 has no built-in mail merge capability, you will need to do one envelope at a time, or use MS Word.
