I can push the band release button but the band won't move
Why the band, just one side, won't release when pushed. Can anyone help?

Does the lock release button feel like it moves even slightly when you press? Try a good rinse under gently warm water while you try again, and see Change your Apple Watch band - Apple Support for other suggestions.
