hello, i have a question. my phone's power button responds slowly. this was not the case. i have had my phone for a little over 1 week now and find this quite strange. so the problem is when i press the power button on my phone it turns off very slow. how can you help me with this?

If you’re pressing the right-edge button, that blanks the display and goes into a lower-powered mode.
Unless you long-press that and a volume button and shut down your iPhone, it doesn’t turn off.
Tried rebooting your iPhone, and see if that clears this? Restart your iPhone - Apple Support
