How can you delete an app and the payment method so that your not charged any longer?

Cancel the subscription for the App in question: link-> How to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support


Then delete the App normally: link-> How to delete apps on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support
