iTunes not playing songs from Apple Music

iTunes isn't playing songs from Apple Music anymore. It can play songs on my hard drive just fine. I already reinstalled iTunes and also logged out/into my account. When I click play on any individual song in my Library the album and title pops up for half a second and then everything stops. If there are more songs in a list it just skips through every song as if they all are 0 seconds long. The problem also occurs in the Apple music tab. I can search for any Artist. Not a single song plays. This only happens on my PC (win10). On my other devices I can play everything just fine.
