Looks like a subscription renewal that happened Jan. 31, 2021.

Hi I pay from 2 03 2020 till now 15,99 every month so I need to have refund because I didn’t ask for this invoice ! Thanks

So you've been paying this for almost a year... you're not going to get a refund.

Cancel the subscription so you don't get billed again.
