i live in spain but want to order apple products from their website in english, can you help please

Apple will only ship products in-country. As such, if buying directly from Apple, you’ll need to use the website that is available in your country of residence.

Other than overcoming any difficulties with the host language (Spanish in your case), purchase from Apple in Spain will have no impact upon the product that you receive. All Apple computer products, including iPad and iPhone, are multilingual. You simply select your preferred language during initial set-up. The language can be changed after set-up from iPad settings.
