I make payment and they took from me the money twice i want to refund my money!

First, make sure to cancel any subscription using the steps found here: See or cancel your subscriptions

You can then request a refund using this link: Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple

Legally you may not be entitled to a refund however.
