Can’t print photos

I have an old and a new iPad both set up by WiFi to print to a canon MG3605S.

the old iPad will print anything but the new will print but not photos from my library. All printer does is to push out blank page.

I assume something needs resetting in new iPad ? Can anyone advise

thanks

Have you tried to:

  • disconnect and turn off all devices from your modem-router
  • turn off your modem router, wait at least 1-2 minutes, turn it back on and wait for it's complete autoconfiguration
  • turn your printer back on and wait for its connection
  • turn your devices back on and connect them to your wifi network?

Regards

Giulio
