I have and an Xs Max iPhone and I cannot delete any apps that I have on my phone. I have tried the instructions above and the apps go to the App Library. I try to delete the app from the App Library but the app doesn't delete, can someone help?

Turn off Screen Time, delete the app(s) and turn Screen Time back on.
