Deleted iMessage Attachments

Hello! I recently accidentally deleted a text conversation with my best friend and was over a year in messages. Fortunately, I was able to recover like 95% of the text messages from my iCloud because for some reason our messages the day before it was deleted never came back. However all of the attachments such as images, videos, gifs, etc. sent in our conversation does not show and rather appears as blank blue text bubbles. How do I get all of these attachments back? I haven't been able to find a solution anywhere, so any help would be greatly apperciated!
