I dont understand why my iphone x bottom speakers dont work. I use my airpods and beats mostly but I can never hear out of the bottom speakers. Once I was watching youtube and the speaker crackled in and out but they have like completely not worked. The top call speaker works but even that isnt very loud. Any advice?

There is only one speaker at the bottom (same side as the power button)
