Charging me twice?!

I would like to know why I am being charged twice monthly in the amount of $9.99?

Are you a Family Sharing organizer?

If you see ‘itunes.com/bill‘ or an unfamiliar charge on your bank, credit card, or debit statement - https://support.apple.com/HT201382 --> "If you think you're being billed twice for the same item, it might be a payment authorization hold (https://support.apple.com/HT201292) and not an actual charge. The charge will disappear after your purchase clears."

If applicable ask family members about purchases made under Family Sharing which might be charged to the organizer's card but will not appear under the organizer's purchase history. The emailed receipt you receive for the item will show the Apple ID of the purchaser but details will have to be viewed from the purchaser's account.

I earlier provided a link to the Report A Problem web site and did not feel I had to provide it again. Plus it was in a link in one of the documents to which I posted a link. You must have missed those. At the end of almost every single Apple document they provide a way to contact them if you are still having problems.
